We are recruiting for an ASX listed, market leading organisation who require immediate support in their PMO function.

In this role, you will hit the ground running in an environment with a lot of moving pieces. There is a strong project pipeline in flight and you will be working with the Senior Leadership Team to improve program delivery excellence and establish frameworks that are fit for purpose for the organisation.

The role will give you the opportunity to partner with a major Australian business in an area responsible for over $50m worth of projects.

Key requirements for this role include:

- Background working in a PMO or Portfolio office responsible for delivering a similar size portfolio.
- The establishment of template, reports and other tools to increase efficiencies, transparency and delivery excellence;
- Performing project quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to standard practices & project deliverables
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills;
