Overview
We are seeking a skilledDevOps System Administratorto support our clientin their cyberspace.
In this role, you will provide critical support across IT infrastructure and systems administration, ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the client's products.
Working within acollaborative DevOps environment, you'll contribute to sustaining and enhancing national cyber capability.
Key Responsibilities
ProvideLevel 1–3 supportfor SDTE systems.
Manageincident response and change requestsacross hardware and software.
Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, security posture, and compliance.
Automate system administration tasks via scripting, orchestration tools, andinfrastructure as code (IaC).
Collaborate with development teams to streamline product delivery.
Plan and executeinfrastructure maintenance, patching, and updates.
Ensure infrastructure security through compliance with client's ICT and cyber security frameworks.
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in IT, Software Engineering, or related discipline
Experience inIT administrationacross physical and virtual networks
Hands-on experience incross-functional IT/project teams
Familiarity withADF systems and networks
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience withAnsible, containerisation, and virtualisation technologies
Knowledge ofinfrastructure as codepractices
Experience in Agile or DevOps environments
PriorGovernment ICT experience
Play a pivotal role in client'scyberspace operations.
Work on mission-critical ICT systems with national security impact.
