We are looking for Grounds and Maintenance Staff to assist with all aspects of grounds, garden, villa and general resort maintenance for the award winning Sandstone Point Holiday Resort

**Your responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to**:
Grounds staff:

- Maintenance of lawns and green spaces
- Weed trimming, pruning trees and bushes
- Mulching and tidying of gardens and potted plants
- General cleanliness of common areas, gardens, lawns and paths
- Emptying and cleaning of bins
- Use of gardening equipment and machinery

Maintenance staff:

- Maintenance of villas
- Varied repair work and general maintenance around the resort including playgrounds, amenities, laundry, waterpark and kitchens
- Responding to guests maintenance requests
- Liasing with management for scheduled maintenance repairs
- Be able to work autonomously, with the ability to prioritise tasks as well as have flexibility to manage time and adhoc requests.
- Can work in a team environment, helping other departments if needed.
- Motivated, with a hands on, hardworking approach and a high attention to detail
- Personable with a can do attitude who will go the extra mile for our guests
- Grounds - able to use multiple pieces of machinery and equipment for grounds tasks.
- Grounds - a passion for plants and gardening
- Maintenance - a solid background in maintenance/repair work
- Maintenance - ability to think outside the box to best accommodate our guests
- Maintenance - ability to use appropriate equipment for a variety of maintenance tasks.
