Job Description:

Our team is seeking a Land Management professional to oversee grounds maintenance personnel and collaborate with the Environmental Services Manager in delivering high-quality services.

This role involves directing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, and policies.

We require an individual who can effectively build relationships, manage expectations, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building strong business relationships with stakeholders
  • Driving project completion and delivering timely advice on operability and maintainability of estate items
  • Validating and verifying updates to estate, compliance, and contract data and documentation
  • Providing accurate advice to personnel on various matters

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Diploma in Horticulture or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of turf, horticulture, arboriculture, land management, and irrigation operations
  • A valid Australian driving licence
  • Desirable skills include chainsaw certification, Agvet chemical users course, senior first aid, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
