BFT Prahran has an opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our team as our new Head Coach.
In this role, you'll become the face of our business and an integral part of everything we do.You'll be critical to the growth of our member base.
You'll play an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll ensure all members feel welcome and guide them through motivating and inspiring 50-minute workouts.As the Head Coach, you will oversee our training team along with the Studio Manager, ensuring that all trainers use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times ... and will use their great personalities to make BFT the best training experience anywhere
In this role, you'll be working closely with the owner/franchisee to deliver the studio's member growth and profitability aspirations.
This job will be working predominately on the floor, taking classes, and a small role in the administration.THE MUST-HAVES:Demonstrated experience leading teamsPrevious training experience, preferably group trainingDemonstrated experience building and sustaining a client baseCert 3 and 4 in Fitness or higherWE'LL PROVIDE:Leading remuneration and incentive schemeOngoing development and mentoring to ensure your growth in the roleA training and management team that will inspire youDiscounted membership for friends and familyABOUT US:You'll be joining a team that started with BFT 9 years ago.
Specifically, you'll be leading BFT's 1st EVER STUDIO
