The RoleIn this role, you'll oversee just 5 services, predominantly located in Melbourne's South East.
This manageable portfolio lets you dedicate time to mentoring and supporting your teams, ensuring you can make a meaningful difference at each centre.
You'll work alongside an experienced State Manager known for being approachable, supportive, and easy to work with, as well as a dynamic head office team, ensuring you always have the tools and backing to succeed.You'll enjoy autonomy in your leadership while being supported by strong systems, tools, and processes.
