The opportunityDelaware North Australia is hiring part-time Commis Chefs to join our team at Perth Airport.
As a Commis Chef, you'll be responsible for collaborating with senior chefs to create dishes that make a lasting impression.

Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production settingFollow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standardsExecute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentationMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen areaConduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS complianceMore about youPrevious Commis Chef experienceMinimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial CookerySolid background in kitchen operationsA passion for food and creative flairDemonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costsAbility to work a 7-day rotating rosterThe application period will close on 21/09/2025, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.Who we arePerth Airport has been a pivotal hub for travelers in Western Australia since its establishment.
