**Responsibilities**:

- **Window Cleaning**: Perform thorough cleaning of exterior windows for residential and commercial properties.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely and effectively use window cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, extension poles, water fed cleaning systems and cleaning solutions.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with clients professionally, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Previous experience in window cleaning is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- **Driving License**:A valid driver's license is essential, as this position will require you to drive a vehicle to various job locations.
- **Physical Fitness**:Ability to perform tasks that may require climbing ladders, working at heights, and carrying equipment.
- **Attention to Detail**:A keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional results in window cleaning.
- **Reliability**:Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- **Communication Skills**:Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients.

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Weekly bonus

**Experience**:

- window cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Greater Sydney NSW (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
