Mulberry Tree Child Care has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced and dedicated **Manager** to join our team. We are seeking a high performing leader with the drive to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and their families and have an experience to lead the service to provide high - quality Child Care centre.

The position is a full-time, non-contact role, working a 38-hour week.

**Who you are**:

- A Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, healthy relationships with staff, children, families and community.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Diploma in Children's Service (Education and Care) or an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid Certificates.
- Current working with children check.
- Knowledge and understanding of Belonging, Being and Becoming - The Early Years Learning Framework.
- Understanding of Childcare Regulations and Law.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.59 - $43.36 per hour
