**About the role**:
An exciting opening exists to join our team located at Riverview, near Ipswich in south east Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry. You will be supported by a passionate dedicated team of professionals providing excellence in customer service.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited too)**:

- Updating of Internal Freight Rate Database and JBS Internal Systems to ensure freight for finished goods is accrued accurately;
- Final check - cross reference freight invoices for input against Food Trader payment approval reports prior to releasing for payment. Posting invoices from Food Trader to be interfaced into SAP;
- Manually keying invoices for payment into SAP and taking up credit notes referencing shipment order numbers for identifying Plants, GL Accounts & Cost Centres;
- Provide customer service to both the internal & external customer in relation to invoice payment, actioning payment requests and providing dates and proof of payment;
- Reconciling accounts against statements where applicable;
- Filing invoices by type, posting date and in alphabetical order;
- Receptionist Duties as required;
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
