Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to lead our cloud-native initiatives.
Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance product features and backend components.
Make key architectural decisions and drive technical direction for our GCP and Azure solutions.
Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team culture.
Promote engineering excellence by encouraging clean code, robust testing practices, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Own and evolve core infrastructure using technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, TiDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, and cloud-native services.
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will have 5+ years of experience in designing and scaling distributed systems, with a strong command of at least one modern backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
You should have a track record of technical ownership from architecture to delivery, as well as a passion for building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Strong mentorship and collaboration skills are essential.
Flexibility across multiple locations and timezones is a must.
