Today, it is the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand with over 100 locations nationwide.A day in the lifeAs an In-store Visual Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include:Establishing and maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards to maximize store shopability and profitabilityExecuting and adapting visual merchandising memos aligned with Ghanda Clothing's creative direction to optimize floor space and attract consumersPlanning, coordinating, and implementing seasonal updatesAnalyzing product performance to refine merchandising strategies specific to each storeProviding on-the-floor training and coaching to retail team members on visual merchandising fundamentalsAbout youWe'll know you're the right fit if you have:Proven experience in visual merchandising and inventory control, preferably in fashion retailStrong commercial acumen and proactive troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong alignment with our brand - you believe you're the next great addition to the #GhandaGang, we look forward to hearing from you
