In-Store Visual Merchandiser - rebel Marion

Are you ready to showcase your creative flair on the retail floor? We are seeking an In-Store Visual Merchandiser who has an eye for detail and a passion for visual presentation. Your main responsibilities will include creating eye-catching displays, owning the store's look and feel, and presenting stock that engages customers. This role does not involve register duties.

Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality visual merchandising solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Train and guide team members to achieve visual standards (leadership experience is a plus)
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and VM leaders to execute campaigns and meet objectives
  • Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience with safety as a priority
About You
  • Experience in apparel visual merchandising within retail
  • Ability and motivation to lead and train a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative flair with an eye for detail and a team-oriented mindset
