Meltemi Mediterrania is an exciting new dining concept in the heart of Broadbeach, QLD, brought to life by the renowned Xenia Group, who have over 15 years of experience in hospitality management and culinary excellence.
Inspired by the vibrant flavours and traditions of the coastal Mediterranean, Meltemi Mediterrania will offer a fresh, modern take on classic dishes with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and authentic cooking techniques featuring rotisserie cooking.We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team and help shape a dynamic menu that showcases the best of coastal Mediterranean cuisine.The Role:As Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in overseeing the entire kitchen operation, from menu creation to team leadership and cost control.
You will have the creative freedom to develop seasonal menus that highlight premium ingredients and the bold, rustic flavors of the Mediterranean coast.
