Job Description
At Avani Adelaide, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable
Public Area Cleaner
to join our team and help ensure our property is maintained to the highest standards.
About the Role
As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas within the hotel. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring every detail is immaculate.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts, and outdoor spaces.
Ensure all high-touch points are sanitised regularly.
Respond to guest requests politely and promptly.
Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front office teams.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
A friendly, positive attitude and professional presentation.
