**About the Centre**
A highly fantastic and unique
**_ _**opportunity for an experienced centre manager to step up in their career into a senior mentor position in the Pascoe Vale area This exciting role allows you to assist in an advisory capacity rather than run the day to day. There is another director to do that

We are searching for an experienced, passionate director who enjoys inspiring and mentoring. The position consists of other management team members for the added support who are always willing and ready to help whenever needed. What's more exciting is that in your higher leadership role, you will predominantly be based at the head office, working closely with the managing director to collaborate on new plans and innovation approaches.

The established organisation that have long daycare services in Melbourne, believe in providing high-quality service, so they've created this senior role to work with the pedagogical leader and the area manager to oversee the operational side and build a culture where all staff want to come and collaborate with optimism.

**Management Responsibilities**
- Strong understanding of mentoring and team management
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and compliance
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting
- Strong understanding of the Qikkids system or similar
- Budgeting
- Newsletters
- Payroll
- Rostering
- Building partnerships with families
- Overseeing administrative duties

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Children Services (**MUST** BE ACECQA recognised)
- **MINIMUM** 2-4 years full-time experience as a centre manager or higher in a small to medium size service
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
- High Level of written and verbal communication
- Full working right in Australia with no restrictions
