Orlo is on the hunt for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our small, fire-fuelled kitchen in Collingwood. Full-time role, great produce, good tunes, and a crew that actually has your back.

Orlo is a fire-fuelled neighbourhood restaurant in Collingwood where bold flavours, great produce, and relaxed hospitality come together. With a small but mighty kitchen team and an open kitchen at the centre of the dining room, we're on the hunt for a solid, reliable Chef de Partie to jump on board.

We're looking for someone who can hold down a section, stay cool in the heat, and take pride in putting up beautiful food every single service. You'll be working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, prepping daily, running service, and helping mentor younger staff.

You'll bring:

- Experience running a section in a fast-paced kitchen (1-2 years as CDP ideal)
