We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking a part-time Compliance & Risk Officer to join our team

**About the role**

**Job Role**
- Review, update, and develop organisational policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and operational requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update the**Risk Register, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide advice to management and the Board on compliance requirements.
- Support preparation for external accreditation and compliance audits.

**To be successful, you must have**
- Proven experience in compliance, governance, or risk management, preferably in the aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate legislation into practical policy and procedure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across the organisation.
- Hold a current Police Check.
