**Eagers Automotive (AHG) **currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Sales department at
**EasyAuto123** in
**Joondalup.**

Reporting to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**In order to be a successful Sales Trainee, you will need to be**:

- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer's needs
- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 8:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm

**About you**:

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded. However, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Prior automotive sales experience (desirable but not essential)
- Must be motivated and driven with a passion for sales
- Proven track record of meeting KPI's and sales targets
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
- Ability to perform well in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
