**The Centre**

**Crestmead Early Education Centre** is located on the corner of Pine Grove Road. Our Centre opened in August 2011 and caters for 150 children aged from birth to school age. We provide before and after school care to school age children as well as vacation care in the school holidays. We offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities. We are passionate about sustainability and love to explore these practices with the children in our care.

**We currently have positions for Lead Educators for our service.**

**Position details**

The right applicant will have a strong passion for teaching in the early years as we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator for our centre. You will be programming and incorporating an educational, play based program for the children in our care, as well as leading and mentoring your team.

**Skills and requirements**
- Hold/Studying towards a Diploma in Early Childhood
- Hold a current blue card
- Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis certificate
- Be an open communicator and able to build strong relationships with families and work mates
- Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills and have an intermediate level of computer skills to be able to use our programming software
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Salary**: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
