Permanent full-time opportunity (38 hours per week), available to commence in late October 2025Join a friendly and experienced team that is focused on ensuring excellence in academic administration, governance, quality and complianceBased in Newtown, close to public transport, with access to occasional hybrid working arrangementsAbout the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent administration and interpersonal skills to join our Registrar's department in the role of permanent full-time Quality Administrator.The Registrar's department plays a significant role in the day-to-day administration of academic matters, including being the main point of contact for students regarding their course and ensuring academic quality and compliance.Working within a friendly and experienced team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Registrar in quality management and in the administration of the College's accredited courses.About youThe successful candidate will meet the following essential selection criteria:Substantial experience in administration, including high attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentialityDemonstrated capability to work efficiently and independently, and to identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholdersCompetence in MS Office (including intermediate level skills in Excel), CRM and record management systemsAbility to support and promote the Christian Vision, Mission and Values of Moore Theological CollegeIt is desirable that you also have:Experience in the education and training sectorExperience in academic quality management and complianceExperience in data analysis and reportingUnderstanding of the Sydney Anglican diocesePlease download, complete and send the application form , along with your resume, to .
