**Be part of our tomorrow We are hiring an Accounts Payable Officer at TEG, owner of Ticketek, SXSW Sydney, Laneway Festival and 30+ other brands across 40 countries**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join Ticketek. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day processing of operational transactions for Ticketek.

You will be joining a dedicated high performing team with a supportive leader who is committed to working with you to develop and grow.

**About the Role**
- Prepare and process of event settlements (accounts payable), rebates and customer refunds.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients.
- Identify ways to streamline processes to maximise efficiency.
- Other ad-hoc duties as reasonably required.

**About You**
- Working towards or recently graduated from an Accounting or related degree.
- Prior experience in an accounts payable, accounts receivable, or other transactional finance role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and seek out more efficient ways of working.
- Have well developed time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
