Care Partner – At Home Services

Location: Perth Metro, WA, Australia
Employment type: Permanent Part-Time
Hours: 30 hours per fortnight
Availability: Wednesday - Friday, 7am–5pm, living within or near Wembley, Attadale, Belmont and surrounding areas
Role details
As a Permanent part-time (30 hours per fortnight) Care Partner supporting clients in Perth Metro suburbs, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Provide assistance with tasks including household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport
Develop genuine connections with clients and help them live their best possible lives
What we need from you
Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Car Insurance to transport clients
Strong communication skills with resilience and patience
Proficient with smartphone technology, apps and email
Compensation & Benefits
Earn $30.85-$33.82 per hour + superannuation + paid travel time and mileage between clients
Comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts
