Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) is currently seeking to appoint a **Principal Quantity Surveyor** within the Shared Services, Delivery Division. This role is responsible for effectively monitoring and advising construction cost management strategies and their impact on LAHC's development program across various project typologies.

**About the Role**

Reporting into the Director Shared Services, the Principal Quantity Surveyor is responsible for reviewing, approving and establishing program wide cost planning initiatives including establishing cost plan templates and cost-designs related benchmarks at a program level.

The role also provides support to Development Directors to ensure that externally sourced costings and the work undertaken by LAHC's partners are cost effective, support innovation, and represent value for money.

Experience in a similar role establishing cost planning initiatives, frameworks and efficiencies will see you succeed in this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide leadership in a multidisciplinary work environment and collaborate with other senior professionals across LAHC on the program level to drive the achievement of LAHC's cost efficiency and quality objectives.

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying field.
