**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is a Permanent position on **9-day fortnight** at our **Worsley Alumina Refinery**, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (45 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.

As the **Specialist Assurance **your role is to support the department in meeting the minimum required standard and consistently improve in all relevant Processes, Systems & Practices to ensure the safe and sustainable delivery of the Business Plan & relevant performance metrics in the pillars of Risk, Safety, People, Production & Cost.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support the delivery and sustainability of the Operating System at the department level.**

In line with the S32 operating system practices support the frontline teams to have clear and effective:

- Visual Management of the Assurance Processes for the Calcination, Energy, Liquor Burner plus Port and Logistics team.
- KPI process inclusive of the maintenance and improvement of L1, L2 and L3 safety systems.
- Support Area engagement plan including communications, projects, rhythms and routines.
- Ensure ISO9001 auditing is carried out for Production Area.
- Support for department during audit time.
- Internal Audit investigations.
- Analysis and reporting on performance deviation on relevant metrics.
- Dangerous goods auditing within the Calcination, Energy, Liquor Burner plus Port and Logistics process areas.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency.
- Sound knowledge in the use of web-based tools, MS Outlook, WORD, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Experience in Document control and Document Author training.
- Data organisation and storage knowledge (SharePoint Documentum)
- Experience in small project management experience including risk assessment creation.

**Process and Systems**

Proficient in (but not limited to):

- G360
- SAP (WM)
- PowerBI (Reports)
- Microsoft Office 360
- SharePoint (Documentum)
- LMS (BIS Trainer)

**Preferred Qualifications for this position are**:

- Qualified in Document control and Document Author training.
- Iso Auditor Qualification.
- Dangerous Goods Auditor.
- Basic Investigations.
- Risk Assessing and Risk Review.
- Process Knowledge of one of the CELB+PL areas.
