Role Purpose We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for Crystalbrook Bailey in Cairns - those who have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub ClassicsFood and Drink Servers - up early for Breakfast service or all servicesConference and Events - drinks and buffet service Qualifications Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments.Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high quality service.Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs.In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as requiredAbility to prioritise and work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.Friendly and confident communication skills.WSET level 2 or an equivalent wine certification/knowledge - desirableQLD RSA essentialAvailable across various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidaysAble to commit for a minimum of 6 months Why Us You will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.
