• A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics service delivery
• Food and Drink Servers - ensuring seamless service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Conference and Events - providing efficient drinks and buffet services

• Considerable experience in premium restaurant settings
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and specialization in high-quality service
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge
• Flexibility to take on ad-hoc duties as required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Favorable consideration will be given to candidates with WSET level 2 or equivalent wine certification/knowledge
