We are currently seeking a Service Technician with knowledge and experience of the asbestos industry and the associated processes and regulations with our equipment.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the supervision and education of best practice processes on site of: - Decontamination processes of hazardous dust equipment - Mask fit testing relative to standards AS/NZS 1715:2009 - Asbestos enclosure set ups and workflows including the placement of negative air units.
- Complete repairs and servicing of decontamination equipment, H type vacuums and negative pressure units.
- Induction and check of hire equipment.
- Maintain accurate equipment maintenance and asset registers.
- Maintain working order of tools and equipment.
- Maintain working order of vehicles and plant.
- Assemble equipment as per job pack requirements.Assess supply needs and make arrangements for additional supplies.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Exceptional knowledge of and experience within the asbestos industry and all processes related.
- Exceptional understanding and ability to comply with OH&S and Asbestos Regulations
- Full Driver's Licence
- Class A Asbestos Removal Certification
- Current Asbestos Refresher
- Current Asbestos Medical
- Forklift Licence
- Electrical Test and Tagging Certificate (Plug Top Training Preferred)
- Resp-Fit Training (preferred)
