Food & Beverage Supervisor (Full-Time)

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

- Multitasking across outlets - supervising operations of the restaurant, lounge bar, room service and conference & events
- Working closely with the kitchen and other operating teams
- Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns
- Working closely with senior leadership to set and evolve departmental goals and initiatives; streamline processes and drive the food & beverage team engagement
- Rostering, skills development, recruitment and onboarding are all part of the day-to-day
- Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of committed hospitality professionals

What We need from you:

- Previous experience in a hotel / food & beverage operation
- Related supervisory experience advantageous
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Compliant - hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (Western Australia) and Safe Food Handling certification
- Have the legal right to work in Australia without limitation or restrictions
