This year, marks 100 years since we began treating the wastewater from sinks, toilets and drains at the Bendigo and Castlemaine Water Reclamation Plants. Fast forward a century, and we have big plans to ensure these critical pieces of infrastructure continue to underpin our community's health, and support growth and success for the future.

To help us, we're looking for a skilled Business Support and Quality Systems Coordinator as we embark on major upgrades at the Bendigo and Castlemaine plants.

A role like this doesn't come along very often. It would be ideal for a self-starter with great attention to detail, who is keen to hone their quality management and governance experience and grow their career in large-scale project management.

About the role

You'll work side-by-side with our Program Director and Assets and Operations Teams and be accountable for:

- Planning and project management of key new works at our Bendigo and Castlemaine Plants.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders and their timely contribution to our projects.
- Ensuring our meetings are efficient and effective, and that our Project Control Board and Executive Team receive accurate and timely updates.
- Liaising with our enterprise-wide Project Management Office to deliver reporting requirements and identify and monitor risk.

To be considered for the role, you'll already have some experience in quality management, governance and support services, or you may have qualifications gained through a science, business/commerce, governance or similar degree. Ideally, you'll have knowledge of relevant legislation and ISO Standards, or you'll be a quick study. You'll be a stickler for detail, have great written and verbal communication skills, won't be afraid of a deadline, and will be astute at 'reading the room.'
