The hotel offers 150 stylishly appointed guest rooms, gym, outdoor garden courtyard, all day dining in our Rosana Bistro & Bar and versatile conference and events spaces.A Little Taste of Your Day to DayYou'll make sure our rooms and hotel public spaces are always at their best - we have standards - but it's down to you to make that room special and memorable for guestsEnsure every room meets the cleanliness standards of IHG's Clean PromiseHelp guests - you'll be happy to help if someone needs a toothbrush or directions for exampleKeep your supervisor updated on room servicing progress and alert them to any repairs neededBe safety aware by always following our established safety procedures such as manual handling and wearing protective equipment when neededBe organised - keep on top of supplies and amenities and always try to minimise wasteReunite items with owners and report/log any lost and found propertyWork as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and serviceRegularly assist with deep cleaning projects and other ad hoc tasksWhat We Need From YouIt's a physical role and you'll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is importantStrength – you'll need to push housekeeping and linen trolleys on a daily basis.
