Key Responsibilities: * Room cleaning: Clean guest rooms to a high standard using our award-winning training and guidelines. * Guest experience: Be a brand ambassador and deliver the best hospitality experience to hotel guests and visitors. * Team support: Help maintain a safe and clean workplace environment. * Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, standards, and safe work practices at all times. What we're looking for: * Availability: Flexible and available to work across a rotating 7-day roster. * Experience: Proven experience working as a Room Attendant. * Safety understanding: Good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job. * Chemical knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling.
