**OPPORTUNITY**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and energetic Business Development Co-ordinator to cover a 9 - 12 month maternity leave based in the Brisbane office. Reporting to our National BD and Marketing Manager in Melbourne, you will partner with our lawyers to support the delivery of our relationship and industry focused business development and marketing strategy.

Day to day you can expect to have responsibility for the following activities:

- Relationship Marketing : You will work with the Principals in a range of Practice Groups as well as alongside your Industry Groups to implement a relationship marketing strategy.
- Industry Focus : Roll out an industry BD and Marketing strategy and develop opportunities by equipping our lawyers with insights, analysis, collateral and market profiles to maximise industry profile and engagement in respect of those industry sectors.
- BD and Marketing Analysis and Interpretation : Produce strategic analysis including: event effectiveness, relationship mapping and client needs analysis.
- Capability Statements: manage and shape capability statements and proposals.
- Event Support: support the role out of a range of events for the Brisbane office.
- Contribute to marketing team through discussion, ideas and participation.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a talented and commercially minded marketing and BD professional. You consider yourself to be someone who is proactive and flexible. You are known to be a natural influencer with exceptional communication skills. Ideally, you have already cut your teeth in the professional services environment. CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics) ideal but not essential.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check
