PSC is looking for an accounting professional to work with our global finance team. As a valued member of the Finance Team, you will support the team in the day-to-day running of financial operations and help to improve processes. With a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail you will process the fortnightly payroll, accounts payable and manage financial data entry requests. You will need to be **curious, flexible, positive,** and good at developing relationships with people across the organisation and external parties. Must be legally authorised to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Data Entry of** Accounts Payable** (AP) invoices for multiple global entities and preparation of payments.
- Complete internal approval process for invoice payments in accordance with Delegation of Authority policy
- Process client receipts, financial transactions and corresponding data files
- Fortnightly **Global Payroll **processing
- Assist in the Lodgement and payment of payroll tax
- Preparation and lodgement of yearly STP requirements
- Develop and maintain **positive relationships** with stakeholders
- Familiarising yourself with multiple processes within the team
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **2 years of accounts payable, accounts administration, and/or payroll administration experience**:

- Strong Microsoft Office software experience with emphasis on **Excel** skills
- Prefer experience working in a multi-currency environment with foreign exchange experience, but not required as we will train
- Legally authorised to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship
