**What you'll be doing**
- Preparing and baking a wide variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the company's exacting standards
- Ensuring all production processes adhere to food safety and quality control protocols
- Collaborating with the team to optimise production efficiency and consistency
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and improve your craft

**What we're looking for**
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a professional Baker, preferably in an artisanal or high-end bakery environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the craft of baking and a desire to continuously learn and improve
