- _ Assist with responding and attending general queries from the team and supporting in administrative tasks_
- _ Prepare and analysis of data for reporting purposes, including regular data audits_
- _ Run checks around end of month invoicing and reporting._
- _ Timesheet collation and verification._
- _ Training in the business systems used on a regular basis_
- _ Ensure the team are compliant in the various areas of business management systems within the set deadlines_
- _ Document formatting_
- _ Diary management_
- _ Expense claim preparation/submission_
- _ Event management for quarterly team events_
- _ Sit at reception and make sure all meeting rooms are functional_

**Qualifications**
- _ 0 - 3_ years' experience in a similar role_
- _ Business administration/management qualification or relevant experience._
- _ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite_
- _ Experience with D365, Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantage_
- _ Process driven and ability to prioritise competing demands._
- _ Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team._
- _ Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines._
- _ Possesses tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectives_
- _ Proven strong administrative ability and excellent organisational and communication skills_
- _ Strong attention to detail_
- _ Reliable, approachable, punctual and professional attitude._
