**Support Worker Wanted - Narrabeen | Female | Mature Aged | Mental Health & NDIS Experience**

We're on the lookout for a **bubbly, switched-on, mature aged female support worker** to support a wonderful NDIS participant based in **Blacktown**.

**About the Role**:

- **Location**: Blacktown, NSW
- **Hours**: Daily shifts available, each **minimum 5 hours**:

- **Participant Needs**: Mental health support, community access, companionship, and general daily living support

**We're looking for someone who is**:

- **Mature aged**, kind and dependable
- **Experienced in Mental Health** and confident in providing personalised, compassionate care
- **NDIS savvy** - understands the system and can follow support plans with ease
- **Bubbly, outgoing, and switched on** - someone who can brighten the day and build a great rapport
