This role is essential in developing and optimizing turning operations while tackling complex manufacturing challenges and leading continuous improvement initiatives.Your hands-on technical leadership will be complemented by your ability to collaborate with various teams, ensuring that we deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining cost-effectiveness and precision.Who We're Looking For We seek a passionate and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our success.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, specifically in CNC turning or machining.Proficiency in CAM software such as Siemens NX or Mastercam, with a strong focus on turning operations.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to addressing technical challenges.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to mentor and develop junior engineers.If you are an innovative thinker with a strong background in CNC machining and a commitment to continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.
