**The Organisation**:
Water distribution utility owned by five shareholding councils (Brisbane City Council, Ipswich City Council, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Scenic Rim Regional Council and Somerset Regional Council). An asset base of $6 billion and services a population of 1.5 million residents and over 31,000 commercial customers, across a geographical area that stretches from the Queensland/NSW border, west to Gatton, north to Kilcoy and east to Moreton.

**Overview**:

**Reason for Role**:

- Moving away from their10-year relationship with Fujitsu to bring their Service Delivery model in house and to consolidate the split model between the services
- First instance of ServiceNow and are currently using iService through Fujitsu
- They will have a team that can handle walk ups, manage the service desk, and ticket work, plus go out to their "regional" sites to support their mobile and remote workers
- This will increase their customer (staff) satisfaction and speed up resolutions

**Core Competencies**:

- Proven experience with ServiceNow Administration
- Group and user management, guidance for enquiries and building basic reports or data important/transformations
- Instance patching, upgrades, hardening and health monitoring
- Clones and non-production instances
- Logging and tracking HI cases and engaging with SN engineers
- Working with Implementation partners
- Catalogue design, creation of items and guides
- Able to build complex workflows, server, and client-side scripting
- Dashboard creation
- Worked across ServiceNow modules like ITSM, GRC, Flow Designer, Knowledge Management etc

**Desirable**:

- Managed go-live of a new instance and/or experience in enterprise creation for groups such as Finance, HR etc
- ServiceNow Admin Certification and/or other studies underway (eg self-learning) would be highly regarded
- Experience as a Level 1-2 Service Delivery Analyst for when SN work slows down or between enterprise launches
- Driver's license
