About the Role As a Psychologist at Bupa, you'll be a pivotal part of our team, shaping the future of mental health services with Mindplace.
This role is a patient-facing clinical position where you will be seeing Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise the Bupa services.
This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia.
We have 6 new locations: Wynyard, SydneyNeutral Bay, SydneySouth Yarra, MelbourneSeaforth, SydneyKew, Melbourne (September 2025)Newstead, Brisbane (October 2025)Toorak, Melbourne (October 2025) Further to our current locations, there is future growth as we work towards our goal of 60 Mindplace clinics nationally, ensuring the access to support throughout Australia.

Locations will include: Expansion in NSWExpansion in VictoriaQueensland - Brisbane, Gold Coast and Far North QLDWestern AustraliaSouth AustraliaACTNorthern TerritoryTasmania In this role, you'll: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapiesDevelop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plansBuild and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growthCoordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework Your Opportunity These are permanent positions that can adapt to your current schedule, from 2 - 5 days per week.
