As a Brand Manager for **RASHAYS/Brand Rami** you will make sure that every aspect of the brand strategy including social media platforms are just right

Thinking outside of the box is a must, to increase effectiveness and understanding the importance of being the brands guardian. You will be responsible for challenging the norm and working on innovative ideas that will engage our customers and drive growth

**Key duties include but not limited to**:

- Responsibility and ownership in driving development, execution and evaluation of the brand and ideas for growth (NPD)
- Lead the process for Brand planning from conception to finalisation (Timeframes, budget management)
- Working collaboratively across all departments to support implementation and success of brand activates
- Tracking and monitoring the performance/strategy of the brand
- Understanding consumer needs, market trends, competitive positioning and using these consumer insights to identify relevant marketing strategies and values
- Adaptability to a changing market - developing new strategies to keep up-to-date with the industry
- Providing professional support to Marketing, Sales, Learning and Development teams
- Maintain brand image consistency across all communication platforms
- Have minimum 3 years' experience as a Brand Manager (or equivalent role)
- Have experience managing content and strategy for social media accounts
- Have a proven track record of creating engaging and successful campaigns and brand positioning strategies
- Be creative and have the confidence and ability to generate new concepts/ideas
- Show initiative and passion
- Be experienced working across all media channels (including social media)
- Have flexibility and be willing and able to travel to different locations based on brand requirements
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have great interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships
- Ability to work well independently but also working alongside team members
- Have the ability to coordinate team members as required
- Be able to adapt and not need to rely on scheduling and planning all of the time
- Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Be able to travel interstate as required
- Be flexible to work outside of general office hours as required
