A fantastic opportunity at nbn, as a Workflow Delivery Manager, reporting to the Workflow Delivery Regional Manager.

A bit about your role

The Workflow Delivery Manager will be accountable for leading a team of Workflow Delivery Optimisers and Alert Officers in executing schedule management activities across Service Simplex, Networks and Service Complex programs of work. This will be achieved through the effective coordination and utilisation of internal and external field workforces.

In this role, the Workflow Delivery Manager will be required to build a team of high performing Workflow operators to meet key business objectives. A strong knowledge of field service management models including workflow scheduling systems and related processes will be required for the role. An ability to analyse data and provide operational recommendations including playbook strategies to both internal and external stakeholders is also required.

As the Workflow Delivery Manager, you must have an innovative mindset as you will play a key role in leading and implementing transformation initiatives across Workflow Delivery. This includes Control Panel Dashboards and the utilisation of Operational Playbooks, automated Scheduling & Dispatch, and alert management/ decision support capabilities.

The Workflow Delivery Manager role is accountable for driving a positive team culture and work environment. They will be expected to participate and lead people engagement initiatives and operate within performance management frameworks.

A strong understanding of the field operational business is a must as direct engagement and negotiation with key field stakeholders is key to building a collaborative and one team approach. The Workflow Delivery Manager must have the ability to determine best operational and system adjustments to achieve the right balance between customer, field, and business objectives.
