Working in the manufacturing industry, you'll play a key part in operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining workplace safety standards.
This is a hands-on role within a supportive team environment, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of machine operation, warehouse tasks, and equipment handling.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is essential to ensuring efficient production and consistent quality outcomes.
Your duties will include:Operating production machinery in line with standard operating proceduresPerforming equipment pre-start checks and calibrations at the beginning of each shiftFollowing production order lists to prepare correct materials for each batchScreening and blending raw materials according to procedureConducting quality assurance checks and isolating non-conforming productsSafely packing, loading, and unloading goods in line with NHVR Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirementsOperating forklifts, loaders, and telehandlers safely and in line with manufacturer specificationsStoring goods and raw materials appropriately to maintain safety and qualityCommunicating production or machinery issues to supervisors promptlyFollowing all workplace health and safety procedures, reporting hazards, incidents, and near missesBenefits$31.19 per hour plus penalty ratesRoughly 3-month initial role with the opportunity for ongoing employmentApprox.
