Role Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily pre-start & toolbox briefings as required

  • Assist in operation in line with other construction activities

  • Operating Loaders, CAT, Komatsu and JCB models

  • Operating other plant including: Rollers, Excavators, and Skidsteers

  • Screen and blend variety of materials including mulch, clay and topsoil

  • Perform pre-starts on the plant and report any problems

  • General housekeeping and cleaning of plant and equipment

  • Ensure work meets safety and quality standards; assist Site Manager as needed

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

  • Excavator, Skid Steer, Loader and Roller Operator tickets

  • Experience operating 10T - 15T Loaders

  • Previous experience working on screens and crushers within a manufacturing, quarry or mining environment

  • Telehandler ticket preferred

  • White Card

  • Australian working rights

  • Highly motivated and positive, can do, attitude towards tasks

  • Be honest, a team player, reliable and consistent

  • Good communication skills
