We are seeking a passionate Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner (Advanced level) looking to step into a Clinical Lead position with a competitive salary based on experience
This role will be responsible for a large team of Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple states.

We are People People Love What You Do Frankly, we Give a Damn We Value Ourselves Industry-leading support and benefitsSupport and mentorship from the National Clinical Lead Flexible working hours and work-from-home options Professional development budget to attend external training Paid parental leave Wellbeing days Free daily breakfast and snacks Travel reimbursement About your new roleOversee clinical and financial performance for the Positive Behaviour Support teams in your assigned states.Provide a high level of discipline-specific leadership across the team to support the development of our BSP supervisors – including travel to sites.Provide evidence-based clinical support that is in-line with NDIS guidelines and Better Rehab policy and procedures.Identify areas of development for the clinical team as needed and liaising internally to ensure development needs are met, including facilitation of in-services.Oversee quality assurance for your team, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Lead.Assess resources within your state and liaise with the internal team/National Clinical Lead to close resource gaps.
Development of key projects for the discipline.Provide input into Behaviour Support policies and procedures.
About you You are passionate about making a difference
You are an Advanced practitioner, per the NDIS Capability Framework, with evidence of endorsement and portfolio.You have tertiary qualifications relevant to Behaviour Support.5+ years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS .
Experience providing clinical and/or operational leadership with a BSP or multidisciplinary team.You embody Better Rehab's values.You have your own car and a valid driver's license.You can provide evidence of relevant registrations.
