**The Role**:
As part of our expanding team, youll embark on a journey of learning and development. Your role will involve:

- Utilising your initiative and proactive approach across various landscaping projects.
- Responsibilities ranging from plant identification to general maintenance of high-end residential properties.
- Completing your Certificate III in Parks and Gardens under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
- Youll work alongside a close-knit team, receiving supervision and support at various locations across Brisbane.

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, youll need:

- A valid license and reliable transport (to get to HQ).
- White card
- A commitment to personal grooming and hygiene standard
- Dedication to undertaking a trade, including the theory component
- A strong work ethic and a passion for delivering quality result
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Physical fitness to endure outdoor work for extended periods.
