This role is for you:On-the-job training providedRegular clients and hoursPermanent part-time rolesFlexible days/hours, as long as your availability is between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to FridayIf you don't have experience, we can offer you on-the-job trainingMinimum 15 hours a week, and work up to 30+ hours a weekExcellent incentives and working conditionsThe hourly rate starts from $24.65+ per hour (part-time)Must have a reliable vehicle, with a NSW driver's licence.Are you caring, supportive, reliable, a person, and have a great attitude?

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation, is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.No experience is required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.On-the-job training provided.We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services.When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks.
As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more
What we are seeking:Have a great attitudeBe reliableWillingness to learn and workAbility to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)Have a current NSW driver's licenceHave a reliable, registered vehicle, with full comprehensive insurance; andHave regular availabilityBe an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or a Permanent resident, allowing access to State Funding for the program.Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.You will be visiting (clients - aged care) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:Domestic AssistanceShopping tripsPersonal Care (dressing, showering, grooming, etc)Meal PreparationTransportationTo & from Medical AppointmentsSocial ActivitiesRespiteWe are seeking people living within the local areaWillingness to learnIf this sounds like an opportunity for you, please apply here.
