**About the Role**

As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll:

- Oversee the Person-First Leisure and Lifestyle Programs in our homes.
- Lead a team of recreational activity officers promoting holistic wellbeing through activities.
- Directly support residents to maintain their skills, independence, and mobility while providing respite for families and carers.
- Occasionally perform the duties of a Recreational Activity Officer alongside the team.

**Duties**
- Lead all Recreational Activities Officers, exemplifying team leadership.
- Deliver quality care to residents while supporting their independence and mobility.
- Collaborate with team members to effectively plan and organise activities.
- Ensure residents' diverse needs, values, spiritual and cultural preferences are integrated into care.
- Conduct and document assessments detailing capabilities, needs, and challenges.

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Experience in caring for the elderly in aged or community care settings.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
