THE OPPORTUNITY

Mulpha is excited to launch Swing City, a brand-new Golf & Leisure Centre in Sydney's Norwest and are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join the Bay Host & Concierge team.

Swing City is a multi-million-dollar entertainment and hospitality destination, featuring 40 golf bays equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a licensed restaurant & bar as well as mini-golf and amusements.

RESPONSIBILITES

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and welcoming attitude
Time management skills and a willingness to learn and grow
Passion and drive to exceed customer expectations
Ability to work across the venues opening hours including nights, weekends and public holidays
RSA or willingness to undertake one prior to commencement
