Job Description

• Available Full time role
• Work with a multi disciplinary team of Allied Health and Medical Practitioners to improve patient care
• Autonomous role with support from experienced leaders

Key Responsibilities:

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments & therapy from injured workers.
• Be able to work independently and efficiently
• Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
• Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
• Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in the role, you will need:

• Full AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insurance
• Have a registered SIRA number
• Be able to understand new systems and processes in an efficient manner.
• Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
• Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.
• Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.
• Understand the different Workers Compensation Schemes and how they work at a basic level.
• Have a done a course in casting and splinting. (Preferred or willing to do a course in the near future.)
